When you become a member of Southampton YMCA you also join the international YMCA movement. Each YMCA is part of a global organisational network that has a presence in 122 countries and has 14,000 YMCAs and 45 million members worldwide.

We are a membership organisation, and anyone who regularly uses our services (more than three times a year) must be a friend, member, or company member of Southampton YMCA.

There are three areas of involvement at Southampton YMCA, as beneficiaries (such as staff, residents, trainees and users), customers (activity users, child care or youth club customers) or supporters (volunteers, board members and donors), all of these must be registered as at least friends.
