Accommodation and supported housing at Southampton YMCA

Southampton YMCA offers comfort, value for money and a feeling of community at its George Williams House accommodation.

The modern self catered flats are built around a secure courtyard area situated close to the city centre, within walking distance of the train station and all main facilities.

Each unit offers a comfortable bedroom/bed-sit room with en-suite shower room and small kitchen.

The flats are let on secure shorthold tenancies with a minimum stay of six months, which can be extended up to a maximum of two years.

Rent for one of our flats is £84.77, however depending on your circumstances this can be reduced to as little as £1.49 a week.

Support and training

While living at George Williams House we offer support in a variety of ways. If you want to find a job or more permanent accommodation or access further training, our housing support team will help point you in the right direction.
